Why agents lose listings

The lead was never the problem. The follow-up was.

Most agents do not need more names. They need someone working the names they already have, every single day, until the seller is ready to talk.

How it works

You show up to the appointment. We do the rest.

A simple four-step pipeline, run by our team inside your own systems.

01

We agree your market

Service area, property types, price range and what counts as qualified, written down before any work starts.

02

We find and qualify sellers

Our team reaches homeowners in your area and qualifies each one against seven checks. Every calling list is checked against the National Do Not Call Registry.

03

We work your CRM every day

Leads entered, statuses updated, follow-ups logged and chased, so nothing sits until you get around to it.

04

You take the conversation

Qualified sellers and booked appointments land on your calendar, with the owner and property details attached.

What counts as qualified

Seven checks, written down before we start.

A qualified appointment is a scheduled conversation with a prospect who passes all seven and has agreed to speak with you, with the date, time and property confirmed.

Qualified means the prospect meets the agreed criteria. It does not guarantee that they will list or sell.

  1. Property ownerThe owner, or an authorized decision-maker for the property.
  2. Selling intentHas expressed interest in, or potential intent to, sell or list.
  3. Property identifiedA valid address or enough detail to verify and follow up.
  4. Contact detailsA working phone number or email address.
  5. Knows you will callHas engaged with us and is aware a real estate professional may contact them.
  6. TimeframeHas a selling timeframe, or is open to discussing one.
  7. Fits your marketMatches your agreed service area, property types and price range.
Questions

Straight answers.

Do you take a share of my commission?

No. We are not a real estate brokerage and we never take a share of your commission. You pay a flat monthly fee, or a flat fee per qualified appointment, whether or not a lead lists.

Do I have to switch CRM?

No. We work inside the CRM you already use, such as Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail or Lofty. You give our team user access and we keep it updated every day.

Where do the leads come from?

Our team reaches homeowners in the area you choose and qualifies them before they reach you. Every calling list is checked against the National Do Not Call Registry, and every prospect we pass on knows a real estate professional may contact them.

Is a qualified lead guaranteed to list with me?

No. A qualified lead meets the seven checks we agree with you, including ownership, selling intent and timeframe. Whether they list depends on the conversation you have with them.

What if a lead does not meet the criteria?

We agree a replacement policy in writing before work starts, so you know exactly what happens if a lead turns out not to qualify.

Is there a long contract?

No. Monthly plans run month to month, and pay-as-you-go has no monthly commitment at all.
